Utah State Swim Meet - Long Course

Welcome to the Utah Swimming Long Course State Meets!

We are thrilled to host the Utah Swimming Long Course State Meets again this year at our premier facility. This prestigious event is split into two separate meets:

Meet Details

Senior State Meet

Dates: July 18-20

Age Group State Meet

Dates: July 25-27

Our facility has been the chosen venue for this significant event almost every year since 1998, thanks to our top-notch 50-meter pool and excellent amenities.

Event Schedule

Each day of the meet follows this schedule:

Prelims:

Warm-ups: 7:30 AM
Start Time: 8:30 AM
End Time: Approximately Noon-1:30 PM

Finals:

Warm-ups: 4:30 PM
Start Time: 5:30 PM
End Time: Approximately 8:00-9:00 PM

Please note that ending times may vary slightly each day depending on the events offered.

Attached is the venue diagram for the meet. Key points to note:

Meet Marshalls will tightly control access inside the 50-meter pool structure during the meet. Patrons and employees not working inside must walk around the structure to get from one side to the other.
Part of the Dive Pool will be used for warm-ups/cool-downs. The platforms, 1-meter springboard, and part of the north swimming area will remain available during Open Plunge.

Parking and Entrance

Parking for meet participants is designated at the high school, with exceptions for individuals with handicap plates.

Vendors and Shopping

Two vendors will be present at the meet:

Northwest T-shirt Designs

They will be located on the north side of the 50-meter pool, east of the breakroom. This is a great opportunity to purchase swimming suits and accessories.

Lap Swimming Availability

There will be no lap swimming lanes available in the 50-meter pool except before 7:00 AM and between Prelims and Finals sessions.
Two lap swim lanes will be available in the Competition Pool during these times, including during Water Aerobics.
