Group Fitness Classes

Yoga, Zumba, and more! Group Fitness Classes are included with membership or daily admission.


  • A pass is required for some classes 
  • All 11am classes are for Seniors or those that need a gentler workout. SilverSneakers Classic classes are available to all patrons.
  • Class schedules are subject to change
  • You must be 14 years & older or 12-13 years old with an adult to attend any Fitness Class.
  • Turn off cell phone ringer during all classes. If you need to take a call, please respect others and take the call outside of the Aerobics or Fitness Rooms.
  • No picture taking or video recording of any class
  • Wear appropriate footwear according to type of class.
  • Please arrive on time.
  • No headphones can be worn at anytime during a Fitness Class!

Boot Camp: An intense circuit style class going from sprints to push-ups in no time at all. You’ll never know what comes next.

Boot Camp & Biking: A fusion of two intense cardio workouts, beginning with a circuit style class, ending with a strong finish on the bike!

Chair Yoga: Chair yoga is a form of yoga that utilizes a chair for seated and standing yoga poses. We will work on balance & coordination, stretching tight muscle groups, and core stability

Cycling: A group indoor cycling class that replicates the feel of the road and dirt. Sprints, climbs or hovers are part of your ride

Dance Fitness: This is a heart healthy cardio workout style choreography. This fun, high-energy Dance Fitness class is open to beginning exercisers, experienced dancers, and everyone in between. Get ready to hit the dance floor!

HIGH Fitness: A hardcore fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow choreography. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.

Pedal & Pump: This class is the best of both worlds. Using cycling and weights in a circuit format gives you cardio and strength training all in one class. (Max participants 20)

Pilates: Pilates helps to improve alignment, breathing, and to increase efficiency of movement through core stabilization.

POUND®: Created by two female drummers, the POUND workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart pumping workout. 

Pump Plus: This class will strengthen all of your muscles using free weights, bands, weighted bars, BOSU, various size fitness balls, TRX straps with some cardio mixed in.

SilverSneakers Classic®Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. This class is designed for Seniors or those that need a gentler workout. 

Strong Fit: This class is a 30/30 mix of cardio and weight training designed just for Seniors or those that need a gentler workout. 

Strong Flow Yoga: Power yoga is a practice where postures or asanas are connected through movement and breath to create heat throughout the workout. This class builds endurance, flexibility, and strength. Modifications are given, when needed. 

Wellness Walk: This is a walking class that can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life through walking.(At The Oval)

XTREME HIP HOP STEP®-Is a heart pumping revamp of traditional step aerobics that includes routines set to upbeat music that will make you want to get up and move. For beginner or advanced.

Yoga: A concentration on balance of mind, body, breathing, strength, and flexibility. 

Zumba: This is a fun high energy Latin dance class featuring moves such as Samba, Cha-Cha, Reggaton, Merengue & more.
