Class sets are (4) 50 minute lessons. We offer 4 class times for Adult swim lesson. Class choices are:
Saturday from 7:30-8:20am
Saturday from 8:30-9:20am
Tuesday from 7:00-7:50pm
Thursday from7:00-7:50pm
The Beginning Adult Class is designed to help those who have never had swim lessons, are afraid in or around water, or for those who would like to learn the basics. The Intermediate/Advanced Adult class is designed to build on the skills learned in the Beginning Adult Class, perfect strokes, or for those wanting more technique. To sign up for this class you must have attended the Beginning Adult Class or be able to swim 10 yards on your front and back as well as swim in deep water. Anyone 14 years of age or older may attend these classes. During the course of the session, please feel free to ask your instructor any questions you may have.
