Refunds
MEMBERSHIPS
Full refunds will be available for up to one (1) week following purchase. Between one (1) week and 30 days, a 75% refund may be processed*. No refunds will be processed after 30 days of purchase.

PUNCH CARDS
All punch cards are non-refundable.

ADMISSIONS
All refunds for admissions will be handled by the supervisor on duty. There will be no refunds or rain checks for inclement weather.

PROGRAMS
If you are dissatisfied with our programs, we will provide a full refund if no other resolution is reached.
If the request for refund is due to circumstances beyond our control, the refund will be prorated based on the amount of the program remaining at the time of the request.*

RETAIL PURCHASES
No refund will be allowed on personal items, i.e., clothing, goggles, shampoo, suntan lotion, etc. Exchanges will be allowed with the prior approval of management.

MEETING ROOMS/PRIVATE PARTIES
Full refunds for Meeting Rooms or Private Parties must be requested 48 hours in advance of the scheduled usage. No refunds will be given after this time*.

PRIVATE LESSONS/PERSONAL TRAINING/CLASSES
You must call at least 24 hours in advance of th scheduled time to reschedule or request a refund*. If you fail to come at the scheduled time and did not call at least 24 hours in advance, no refund will be allowed.

*All refunds processed at the request of the patron and for circumstances beyond our control will be assessed a $5.00 administrative fee.

Refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days of approval.
