Yoga
Classes are taught five times a week. Monday's at 8:30 am, Tuesday's at 8:00 pm, Wednesday's at 5:30 AM, Thursday's at 9:30 am and Saturdays at 7:30 AM (Easy Going Yoga). Class fees are the same as Floor Fitness Classes.
