Multi-Step: This class may include use of 1, 2, 3 or 4 steps, along with fun and challenging step patterns. A straight cardiovascular workout ending with abs and a relaxing stretch.
Step Cardio Mix: This class will involve a variety of Multi, Single, & Interval step. This will be a great change to the traditional step class.
Step Challenge: Continuous cardiovascular training using creative and fun step patterns followed by intense abdominal training and relaxing stretch.
Power Pump ‘n’ Sculpt: Experience the latest in fitness. The most effective approach to reduce fat and burn calories is strength training. This class will consist of isolated muscle work using weights and power moves, sure to define and sculpt your body. This class is a must for your exercise routine.
TurboKick®: The most exciting kickboxing class you can take. You will have fun and creative kickboxing combinations with short intervals of high intensity kickboxing.
Instructor Cardio Choice: Add some variety to your workout. New, different workout each week utilizing step, Kickboxing or BOSU.
Define Your Middle Line: This class is an effective approach to reducing fat and sculpting the mid section. Offering 30 minutes of cardiovascular training and 30 minutes of intense abdominial, lower back, and hip training.
Step & Pump: Cardiovascular training using creative & fun step patterns along with a strength training workout to work the muscle groups & much more!
Senior Weight Training: Designed for Senior Citizens or those who are new to exercising and need an easier workout. In each class you will work different muscle groups. This will make your muscles, bones and joints stronger, which will help to prevent Osteoporosis.
Pilates: Improve your alignment & breathing, and increase your efficiency of movement through core stabilization and use of lower back and abdominal muscles.
Yoga (Beginners, Power & Restore): Revitalize and nourish your mind, body and soul with one of our 6 classes offered each week. Saturday’s class is ideal for new participants. Get started today!
ZUMBA: Zumba is a latin inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. The cardio based dance movements are easy to follow steps that include body sculpting, which targets areas such as gluteals, legs, arms, core, abdominals and heart.
Indoor Group Cycling: A group indoor cycling class, which accurately replicates the feel of the road. Experience hills and flats using various sitting and standing positions. This class can be done at your own pace. Bringing a towel and water bottle is strongly suggested. Each bike is specially equipped with pedals that accept specialized bike shoes on one side and regular athletic footwear on the other side.
Due to a limited number of bikes (17), a numbered pass will be issued upon check-in at the front desk. Passes will not be given out more than 1/2 hour before the class begins.
