| Whether you’re de-conditioned or fit as a fiddle, the Fitness Training Room will help you work up to top form and keep you there. The equipment available to assist you in meeting your fitness goals includes nine treadmills, six bikes, climber, eight elliptical trainers, fifteen circuit (strength) training machines, a Smith machine, and several free weight stations. The room is open the same hours as the Fitness Center. Check out our newly upgraded KopfcVision Cinema featuring 8 HDLCD screens braoadcasting DirectTV, XM Satellite Radio and select HDTV channels. Make those intense workouts breezy by. Bring your own headphones or purchase digital headphones at the front counter for only $5.95. |

· Wristband required.· Shirts & shoes must be worn. - No food.· No wet clothing.
· No drinks, except in spill proof containers.· No open toed shoes or sandals.
· Wipe down equipment upholstery after use.· Use of equipment is at the patron’s own risk.
· Consult a physician before starting a new exercise program.

| TREK to Fitness |
|
| Begin or continue your trek to fitness by joining with other patrons to exercise at least one hundred times within a twelve month period. Experts agree that regular exercise is the foundation for good health at any age. To qualify, you must complete 30 minutes of continuous exercise anywhere at KOPFC on a hundred different days. Your exercise sessions may include a workout on the cardio machines, swimming, walking in the gym or current canal, playing basketball, attending an aerobics class, lifting weights, playing tennis, or running in the park. The $5.00 registration fee enrolls you in the TREK to Fitness and includes the tracking forms. Upon completion of a hundred workouts, you may exchange your tracking form for a FREE t-shirt. New registrations will be accepted until the end of the year. |
