6 AM Wake Up Call: Energize your body and mind for the day with a combination of cardio, strength, core work and stretching.
Crazy for Cardio: Sometimes shallow, sometimes deep, always challenging your cardio-respiratory system.
Dave’s Aqua Body Shop: Enter water fitness instructor David Cuzick’s “aqua body shop” and plan to laugh plenty while he challenges you, in both deep and shallow water, to reveal your fitness potential!
Diggin’ Deep: Discover the depths of your fitness abilities in this deep water class as you are challenged to “dig deep” within yourself to maximize your fitness results. A variety of equipment will be utilized and floatation devices will be provided.
Early Bird Burn: Enjoy the (calorie) burn that comes with an invigorating early morning workout that includes cardio, muscle toning and strengthening and abdominal exercises utilizing a variety of equipment.
Instructor's choice: Could be Crazy for Cardio, Diggin’ Deep or anything in between. Regardless of the format the instructor chooses, you can be assured that it will be a terrific workout.
Just Running: Athletic drills in the water for runners, taught by triathlete Leslie Howlett.
NEW! Talk & Tone: Just for Summer! An outdoor, all shallow workout that encourages talking and laughing while huffing and puffing. (Offered June 7 - August 23)
White Water Rush: Batten down the hatches and hold on for a wild workout as you explore undiscovered depths of your own fitness abilities. In other words, think of this class as Crazy for Cardio on steroids. Super intense! |

Instructors are certified by the Aquatic Exercise Association, Arthritis Foundation and/or U.S. Water Fitness Association. Water shoes are recommended for these classes. |
