| Based on the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program, this gentle 45 min. workout is held at 10:15 AM on Tuesday, Thrusday and Saturday and may help decrease joint pain and swelling as well as improve joint flexibility. Mild cardiorespiratory training & light strength building exercises make this the perfect class not only for those with arthritis, but for seniors and those just beginning a fitness program. For stability and safety, aquatic shoes are highly recommended. Classes are held in the Indoor Comp Pool. |
